One funny thing about local?  Sometimes, it moves.  When the weather turns cold, Long Island anglers Alex and Stephanie Villani of the famously fresh Blue Moon Fish stand at the Grand Army Plaza Greenmarket take their operation to the Florida Keys, where they spend the winter catching some of the best stone crab the seas have to offer.  Edible met up with the duo down in sunny Florida and got to enjoy a simple meal of fresh ingredients that’s making us seriously consider switching to Nona: Key West until April.
