Wintertime doesn’t have to be all about soups and stews and heavy warm stuff – a nice grilled fish is perfect at any time of the year. On this week’s video episode of Hungry in Brooklyn, host Shea Hess talks trout with the esteemed and sustainable-minded fishmongers at Chelsea’s Lobster Place, gets tips on grilling the whole fish from chef Jesse Vasquez of Williamsburg’s Lodge restaurant, and offers her own recipe for oven-roasted red meat brook trout (a sure winner for those of us whose grills are buried in snow!)
