Rebecca and Max Lando, of Brooklyn’s own Working Class Foodies, always find ways to make great meals with local, seasonal ingredients at a reasonable cost.

One of the few positives of this long, hot, summer has been a glorious tomato season, so it’s only appropriate that Rebecca and Max decided to feature a classic Andalusian gazpacho and a summer tomato and corn salad in their last episode of the summer season. Enjoy!
