By this point in the holiday season, minor desperation can start to set in. You know the feeling: you’ve got six more parties to attend, at least a dozen gifts still to buy, family dinners to arrange and cook for, a stack of gifts to wrap, empty stockings waiting to be stuffed, and you probably just sent out an email to your closest 100 friends announcing your own “no big deal” holiday cocktail party. You are officially overwhelmed. And that’s perfectly normal.
We asked some of our favorite food minds in Brooklyn to share their favorite holiday food & drink treats, gifts, recipes, and stocking stuffers. Whether you need to some last minute gift ideas for your favorite home cook, a delicious eggnog recipe for your cocktail party, or snacks, beer, or wine to take to a festive gathering, we’ve got picks to help you get over the holiday rush and focus on what really matters: good times and great food!
We hope you enjoy your holidays. Best wishes for a great 2011!
