Based in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, we produce small batches of soup using fresh ingredients from our local farmers’ markets and rooftop farms. We stew, stir and whisk our soups by hand, and then ladle them into bowls, inviting you to savor the flavors of winter, spring, summer, or fall. LET’S SPOON. Our menu changes with the season and often varies week to week. Here are a few of our favorites: Summer: CHILLED SWEET CORN, basil and cilantro (vegan, gluten-free) Summer: VICHYSSOISE, garlic scapes and crème fraiche (vegetarian, gluten-free) Fall: PUMPKIN, apples, butternut squash (vegetarian, gluten-free) Fall: CLAM AND LEEK, white wine, russet potatoes Winter: CURRIED CARROT, apples and coconut milk (vegan, gluten-free) Winter: RABBIT STEW, parsnips, chocolate and red wine Spring: SPRING ONION, green garlic and Parmigiano-Reggiano broth (vegetarian, gluten-free) Spring: OYSTER MUSHROOM, leeks and a touch of heavy cream Perrennial: SAVORY SABLÉS, flavors include cheddar, crème fraiche and chive, and gruyere Savory sablés and a select soup flavor available each week at Smorgasburg!
