We are SCRATChbread, we just think food needs to be delicious. My intentions are basically to enhance a common set of ideals shared through food. This means food that is approachable, yet sophisticated, plain and simple and most importantly, absolutely delicious. I’m not breakin the mold by making good food from SCRATCH… But hopefully I can throw a few logs on the fire that will eventually wipe out all the crap the big corporations put in food. You can find our products at the following locations in Brooklyn: Blue Apron Fine Foods and Brooklyn Larder in Park Slope, Greene Grape in Fort Greene, and at all Union Markets. Or come see us in person at our STOOPbrunch… brunch… in a paper cup… to go… for $5 bucks (*THE MENU ROCKS!!!!!) SUNDAYS 9am-2pm at the SCRATCHworkshop (come before noon) Walkup window open Wednesdays 4-8pm.

    So we decided to try the white pie element to our little PIZZAbread experiment… (goat, tin ricot, crispy caper, herbs).
