Chef/Owner Peter Entner of the No. 7 family is a French Culinary Institute graduate. Born in Brooklyn he has worked as a professional chef in New York City since graduation. Chef/Owner and Dough Man Glen Hudson from Pulino's in Manhattan is a Texas-raised and internationally-traveled chef who has studied dough-making around the world.
