With its stylish and unpretentious atmosphere, DuMont has been a Williamsburg mainstay since opening its doors in June of 2001. The green neon sign was salvaged from a building that had previously housed offices of the world's fourth commercial television network, DuMont Television. Since its inception, DuMont’s commitment to the neighborhood and to a simple yet commendable food program have been the foundations of its popularity. The menu features classics such as The DuMont Burger and The DuMac & Cheese, as well as seasonal specials that change on a daily basis.
