Is there really anyone out there who hasn’t experienced the glory of one of the Red Hook Lobster Pound’s ‘Connecticut-style’ lobster rolls?
Apparently some of the good folks at NBC have just discovered the perfection at the Pound. Hey, better late than never! Or maybe they’ve just been sitting on this piece, waiting and waiting for the perfect Indian Summer day to unleash it on us, the masses, drooling for one last perfect taste of summer.
Well here it is, RHLP’s Connecticut-style lobster roll, done up by owner Susan Povitch herself.
