The Brooklyn Kitchen is well known for their awesome and unstoppable lineup of classes for the masses. The past week alone features classes on all-natural soda making, homebrewing, sausage making, citrus dinners, pocket pies, pig butchering, coffee and dumplings.

Now, they’re looking to raise money to fund a program to bring local public school kids into their classrooms, and to teach them about everything from where good food comes from to how to cook it at home. If they can raise $11k through their Kickstarter campaign, they’ll be able to bring twenty classes of kids through their doors. “Meh,” you say? Check out their video. If this doesn’t give you a few goosebumps, you’ve got a cold, dark heart, mister.
