Fall is officially here, and with it plenty of ways to celebrate the equinox: rooftop dinners, steak feasts, seasonal beer, and more. Read on for this week’s best bets!

Five Borough Local Dinner

Chef Kat Randazzo cooks up an uber-local chef’s table dinner at The Brooklyn Kitchen, sourcing everything from the city’s five boroughs, including some foraged ingredients. Reserve a spot here.

Friday, September 23 at 6:30pm at 100 Frost St between Leonard St and Manhattan Ave. $75. (Williamsburg)

Home on the Grange
Brooklyn Grange toasts to another fruitful season of urban farming with a soiree on its rooftop plot. The farm-driven menu spotlights the Grange’s own produce, alongside charcuterie from Brooklyn Cured and beverages from Troegs and Empire Brewing. A portion of proceeds support City Growers, the Grange’s non-profit organization dedicated to hands-on farm education. Read more about the festival and get tickets.

Saturday, September 24 from 4-9pm at 37-18 Northern Blvd, Long Island City, Queens. $89. (Queens)

Brooklyn Beefsteak
Calling all carnivores: The Bell House is about to test the limits of your meat-tooth with this all-you-can-eat (and drink) affair. A resurrection of an old New York tradition, the feast features mountains of Pat LaFrieda steak and bottomless pitchers of McSorley’s light and dark ales. True to custom, there won’t be a utensil in sight, but everyone gets a souvenir apron before digging in. Get more details and tickets here.

Sunday, September 25 at 149 7th St between 2nd and 3rd Aves. Two seatings: 1-4pm and 5-8pm. $50. (Gowanus)

Food Truck Rally
It’s that time again: Prospect Park Alliance‘s monthly gathering of mobile eateries (the second to last of the year). This month’s trucks include Souvlaki GRMexicue, and The Treats Truck. Check out the rest of the lineup.

Sunday, September 25 from 11am-5pm at Grand Army Plaza, Flatbush Ave at Union St and Prospect Park West. (Grand Army Plaza)

Sixpoint Beer Dinner
The Vanderbilt gears up for fall with an Oktoberfest-inspired meal paired with Sixpoint brews. The menu features the just-released Autumnation, a wet-hopped pumpkin beer, paired with pretzel-wrapped weisswurst sausage. Take a peek at the full menu and get RSVP info here.

Tuesday, September 27 at 7:30pm at 570 Vanderbilt Ave at Bergen St. $60. (Prospect Heights)

How to…Roast!
The folks at Edible have another great tutorial lined up at the Brooklyn Brewery: a how-to on roasting and brewing coffee. Catch lectures by Blue BottleGorilla Coffee, and Dallis Bros., along with coffee samples from each, beans for sale, and $4 beers. Get tickets here.

Wednesday, September 28 from 8-10pm at 79 N 11th St between Berry St and Wythe Ave. $5. (Williamsburg)
