Just in case you haven’t heard…The former chef of The Spotted Pig in Manhattan is setting up shop in Prospect Heights.  He’ll be serving up his trademark to-die-for gastropub fare, including bacon cheeseburgers, pate, pasta, and of course a full bar.  Chef Nate Smith sat down with New York Magazine to weigh in on the Manhattan versus Brooklyn debate, what makes a gastropub, and what he will and won’t do at his new bistro-bar.
