It’s official. The spring training pre-season is on for our local farmers.

The latest? Tenth Acre Farms, one of Williamsburg’s newer urban farms, recently opened registration for their 2011 CSA. There are only a few spots left, so if you’re interested, get your name in now. The program begins May 1st and will run until the end of the growing season, which should be about 25-29 weeks. A half share (3-6 pounds of veggies) will cost $295 and a full share (6-12 pounds) will run $495 (both if paid by March 1). Pick up will be each week at Tenth Acre Farms, 215 Richardson St., in Williamsburg.
