Red Hook’s Sixpoint Craft Ales is one of those local brew outfits that has stolen a big heap of Brooklyn Brewery’s mojo. Their relentless creativity keeps new beers emerging from behind the brewery’s iconic green doors at what can seem like a breakneck pace.
Case in point: at their Beer for Beasts benefit event on March 26th, they’ll be presenting sixteen new beers…all brewed just for this event. Serious Eats published an intelligence report based on back-channel communications with several members of the brewing cadre about the beers they’re concocting for the event.
