Chef Nate Smith, former chef de cuisine at The Spotted Pig, April Bloomfield’s famous Manhattan gastropub, opened his new Williamsburg restaurant Allswell, last night.
The menu? Expect frequently changing, seasonal, new American dishes with the expected (and welcomed) British and European gastropub influences.
